47.2 per cent at five-on-five, the 25th percentile and the best on the club. His on-ice goals were 35-54 against an expected 32-35, so the plus-4 came from special teams and the five-on-five results ran badly against him.
The Finesse Game
The speed is the tool and it is genuinely high-end. He is among the faster wingers in the league in a straight line and uses it to forecheck and to score shorthanded — 3 of his 20 goals came a man down.

16 penalty minutes over 80 games is exceptional discipline. The body has cost him — a serious knee injury and a lacerated wrist have both taken large parts of seasons.

Undrafted, arrived from Russia at 25, and has built a career on speed and reliability rather than skill.
At 31 the legs are the whole projection and there is nothing underneath them. He is the most obviously tradeable useful player on this roster.
