25 assists is the job. He is a distributor and a puck-supporter who plays a slow, controlled game and rarely turns it over, and 370 points in 789 games is what that adds up to.
The Physical Game

14 penalty minutes in 77 games at nearly nineteen minutes a night is an exceptionally low rate. He kills penalties on a unit that finished dead last in the league and the discipline is why he is trusted there.
