He took 48.0 per cent of the expected goals at five-on-five over 503 minutes, the 38th percentile, and his ice went 14-22 against an expectation of 17.80-19.28, all of it with the Flames.
Four goals of scoring that did not arrive and three more conceded than the chances called for, in nine minutes a night on a club that missed the playoffs. He arrives to do a specific job.
