The skating and the puck-moving are why he was drafted 8th overall and they are still here — he escapes a forecheck cleanly, walks the line, and finds a shooting lane. The decision-making under pressure is where it has always come apart, and a defenceman who attempts the difficult play at the wrong moment gets scored on.
The Physical Game
